emotions

I have prepared a list of commonly encountered moods & emotions which you can use to help you with your diary entries. They are separated into 3 main categories: (+) positive, neutral and (-) negative.

aesthetic experience

Punctuating our usual continuous stream of everyday experiences, Aesthetic Experiences are memorable, experiences that we notice either as it is unfolding and occuring or retrospectively. It does not need to be positive but it is able to be bracketed out - with a beginning and ending.
